Zebulun Barnow

Band Leader and Musician

Whether as a band leader or ensemble member, Zebulun Barnow has been in the Music business since childhood. In Chicago, he led a band that performed television theme songs and founded "B1g T1me", a tribute to Tom Waits. Ten years were spent with Blue Man Group playing Chapman stick and electric zither.

Chicago Shakespeare Theatre's "Timon of Athens" featured his voice in the soundtrack. He toured the People's Republic of China as an orchestral percussionist and studied throat singing in Tuva. As a teacher, he has presented for schools throughout the Chicago area and the GTA since 1996.
