Gary Rasberry

JUNO-nominated artist Gary Rasberry has been a fixture on the Canadian music & arts scene for over three decades. A noted artist-educator, Gary has held artist-in-residencies, internationally, in California, Barcelona, and Amsterdam, and crisscrosses the country as a VIA Rail Artist on Board, performing at schools and festivals. As an Imagination Consultant, Rasberry offers Song, Story & Sound workshops in schools everywhere. An Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, Queen’s University, Rasberry’s research interests include artistry and education, performance and pedagogy, the astonishing worlds of children, and teachers’ writing lives. He is a published poet and internationally recognized singer-songwriter.
